Vlogmas is a combination of the words Christmas and vlog (video blog). It is a yearly tradition of Youtube vloggers where they post a video daily in December during the run-up to Christmas. The holiday video tradition was introduced by Ingrid Nilsen, a retired beauty guru.
Youtube is still widely used, but Tiktok has become so popular these days because of its short-form videos. For someone like me who has been dreaming to create my own vlogmas but couldn't get it to realization because of time constraints, Tiktok is the best platform to use. It's easy to use and pretty straightforward, and editing is available inside the app which is a game-changer as it saves me a lot of time.
Did I also mention that Christmas is my favorite season of the year? So what better way to start something new than when I feel most inspired, right? 🎄
