A Quick Visit to Halseyle Hill

Are you from Misamis Oriental? Do you need a breather? This resort is a perfect tourist destination if you need to be with nature.

Halseyle Hill is located in the Municipality of Sugbongcogon, Mis. Or. The place will welcome you with fresh air, different kinds of plants and flowers, and this hill leading to their coffee shop, Cafe Maria.

Just a few very important reminders:

  1. Prepare yourself physically because this is a hill hike

  2. Wear appropriate clothing (wearing heals would hurt)

  3. Bring your own cap or any sun protection gear but they also have umbrellas at the entrance that you can use for free

  4. Food from outside is allowed but there's a corkage fee of P400. But I believe you can bring your own water bottle

  5. Children are under your supervision

The famous Camiguin Island can be seen if you are in the area.

How to get there and for more information, check out my sister's blog post here.

At the moment, their cafe offer sandwiches, cold and hot drinks only but will serve meals soon.

I recommend going there in the afternoon around 3-ish so you would see the beautiful sunset and you can take a lot of pictures without getting a sunburn. We went out around 6 PM so were able to see the beautiful lights on.
